Frequently asked questions
Will my content be stored by AI providers?
ZDR means Zero Data Retention. We use only providers that support ZDR or have a ZDR agreement with us. AI run data sent to providers is not stored by them.
Do you use lower-quality models to save money?
For models that offer a choice of inference precision, we choose at least FP8 and never select FP4 just to reduce costs. Some closed-source models are served directly by their vendors and do not offer a precision setting.
How does Kofy handle my data?
Kofy stores only the projects, run history, and data needed to provide and maintain the site, and never uses them to train any AI model.
